2. Welke gegevens verzamelen wij?

2.1 Gegevens die u ons rechtstreeks verstrekt

  • Naam en voornaam
  • E-mailadres
  • Telefoonnummer
  • Bedrijfsnaam en BTW-nummer (bij B2B-opdrachten)
  • Factuuradres
  • Inhoud van uw berichten via het contactformulier

2.2 Fotografische gegevens

  • Foto’s en video’s die worden gemaakt tijdens evenementen waarvoor u of uw organisatie ons heeft ingehuurd
  • Foto’s en video’s gemaakt via photo booths (De Klikbox) of op sportevenementen (Finishfoto.be)

2.3 Technische gegevens

  • IP-adres en browserinformatie (via serverlogboeken)
  • Cookies en vergelijkbare technologieën (zie artikel 7)

3. Waarom verwerken wij uw gegevens?

Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doeleinden:

  • Uitvoering van een overeenkomst: opdrachtbevestiging, facturatie, levering van foto’s en andere diensten
  • Klantenbeheer: beheer van uw account, communicatie, opvolging van uw aanvraag
  • Marketing: nieuwsbrieven en promotionele communicatie (enkel na uw toestemming)
  • Wettelijke verplichtingen: bewaring van boekhoudkundige documenten (7 jaar)
  • Berechtiging belangen: fraudepreventie en beveiliging van onze diensten

4. Hoe lang bewaren wij uw gegevens?

  • Klantgegevens en facturen: 7 jaar (wettelijke boekhoudkundige verplichting)
  • Contactformulierberichten: maximaal 2 jaar
  • Foto’s en video’s van evenementen: maximaal 1 jaar tenzij anders overeengekomen
  • Marketinglijsten: tot u zich uitschrijft

5. Met wie delen wij uw gegevens?

Wij verkopen uw persoonsgegevens nooit aan derden. Wij kunnen uw gegevens wel delen met:

  • Onze boekhouder of accountant (voor facturatie en fiscale verplichtingen)
  • IT-dienstverleners (hostingprovider, e-mailprovider) — uitsluitend in het kader van een verwerkersovereenkomst
  • Betalingsdienstverleners indien van toepassing

Alle derde partijen zijn contractueel verplicht uw gegevens te beschermen conform de AVG/GDPR.

6. Uw rechten

Als betrokkene heeft u de volgende rechten:

  • Recht op inzage: u kunt een kopie opvragen van de persoonsgegevens die wij over u bewaren
  • Recht op rectificatie: u kunt onjuiste of onvolledige gegevens laten corrigeren
  • Recht op verwijdering (“recht op vergetelheid”): u kunt vragen uw gegevens te laten wissen
  • Recht op beperking van de verwerking
  • Recht op overdraagbaarheid van gegevens

3. Pourquoi traitons-nous vos données ?

Nous traitons vos données personnelles aux fins suivantes :

  • Exécution d’un contrat : confirmation de commande, facturation, livraison de photos et autres services
  • Gestion des clients : gestion de votre compte, communication, suivi de votre demande
  • Marketing : newsletters et communications promotionnelles (uniquement avec votre consentement)
  • Obligations légales : conservation des documents comptables (7 ans)
  • Intérêts légitimes : prévention des fraudes et sécurité de nos services
